Mali will camp in the Moroccan city of Casablanca for the forthcoming 2017 Africa Cup of Nations which kick off on January 14 in Gabon.
The Eagles will open camp at the Wellness Sports Centre from December 31 to January 13, before heading to Gabon where they tackle Egypt in their opening game on January 17 in Port-Gentil.
Head coach Alain Giresse is only expected to name the 23 players he needs for the campaign on Boxing Day, at the headquarters of the Mali Football Federation.
His team will warm up for the competition with a friendly game against fellow AFCON finalists Burkina Faso on January 07.
The Malians, who are chasing their first ever AFCON crown, were unfortunate to be eliminated at the group of the last edition of the tournament when they lost a drawing of lots against Guinea, after both sides finished behind Cote d'Ivoire with exactly the same stats.
